Innovative Housing Discussion with Jim Lauinger
Councilman Jim Lauinger led discussion on the innovative housing discussion, which then led into a continued, spirited debate on the effectiveness of the traffic calming in Norkirk.  An impromptu discussion on taxes ensued.  There was a request to have Marilyn Beard, Director of the City Finance Dept., give a presentation on City taxes and budget.

Anyone who is interested in more information on the traffic calming circles, including the gauges of traffic volume that led to the decision to put them in place, should contact Elisa at elisa@norkirk.org.
