Innovative/Cottage Housing

Kirkland City Planning Department and the City Council would like Innovative/Cottage Housing become a part of the Norkirk Comprehensive Plan.  Here are some examples of what it can be:  

  • Small lot single family and cottage - Danielson Grove, The Cottage Company,  10510 128th Avenue NE, North Rose Hill neighborhood in Kirkland 

  • Small lot single family - Stacy Property, Camwest Development Co.  9555 132nd Avenue NE, North Rose Hill neighborhood in Kirkland 

  • Triplex - Woodbridge Lakeside, Conner Homes, Redmond, off of 188th Ave NE, North of  Redmond-Fall City Road.  Address of a triplex example: 6231 - 189th Place NE, on the corner of NE 63rd Way. 

  • Duplex - Silverleaf, Intercorp, Lakemont neighborhood in Bellevue off of 164th Ave SE.Address of the two duplex examples: 16312 + 16310 SE 48th Drive and 16361 + 13659 SE 48th Drive.

  • Cottage - Conover Commons, 13304 NE 111th Court , Willows Rose Hill neighborhood in Redmond
